The terrific quality of Malbec from Mendoza is only made possible by the very high altitude that the grapes are grown at. At over 1000 metres above sea level, the cool nights offer the grapes a chance to rest after the intense sun has shone all day. Our Malbec is typical of the best, it's full bodied and rich - an ideal wine to match with red meats.

Piet Mondrian painted Composition II in 1930. He was one of the very early pioneers of abstract art having originally been a painter of landscapes. His work has been hugely influential - from the development of Bauhaus through to modern fashion.
